Celebrity MasterChef – that began in January 2025 – has reached its finale. After weeks of dedication and hard work, one among the several renowned celebrities will be crowned as Celebrity MasterChef. The show started with a total of eleven contestants. Abhijeet Sawant, Chandan Prabhakar, Archana Gautam, Faisal Shaikh, Gaurav Khanna, Tejasswi Prakash, Nikki Tamboli, Dipika Kakar, Rajiv Adatia, Usha Nadkarni and Kabita Singh had joined the show to flaunt their culinary skills. Ayesha Jhulka too had participated as a wildcard contestant. Among all these only five have reached the finale. Here’s all you need to know about the Celebrity MasterChef grand finale.
When and where to watch
Celebrity MasterChef grand finale is scheduled to take place on April 11. The show’s streaming will begin at 8 pm on SonyTV. Fans will also get to see the finale episode on SonyLIV.
Top five finalists
Among all participants only Gaurav Khanna, Tejasswi Prakash, Nikki Tamboli, Faisal Shaikh and Rajiv Adatia have reached the finale. These five contestants managed to show enormous growth with every episode. With each dish they whipped up, they had to learn and unlearn to impress the judges and reach the finale.
Prize Money
As per reports, the winner of Celebrity MasterChef will win prize money of Rs 25 lakhs along with a trophy. The winner will also be award the Celebrity MasterChef jacket.
Meet the judges
It will be judged by Chefs Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna. Along with them, renowned chef Sanjeev Kapoor will also taste and judge the dishes cooked by the finalists. He will be the one to announce the winner. Farah Khan, the host of the show, has played a crucial role in motivating all the contestants.
Winner predictions
There have been reports suggesting that it is Anupamaa star Gaurav Khanna who has won the first season of Celebrity MasterChef. Nikki Tamboli is said to be the first runner-up. Tejasswi Prakash, who impressed all with her culinary skills, is said to have bagged the third position.
